Reporting Login Issues

When reporting login issues with our applications, please provide the following information when reporting the issue so we can resolve the issue more quickly:

  • url being used to access the application?
  • username/email being used for the login?
  • password being used?
  • device being used to access the system (desktop/mobile/other)?
  • if attempting login on a desktop computer, logging in from work/school/home/other?
  • if attempting login on a mobile device, logging in with what device type (iPhone, Android, etc…)?
  • internet browser type and version # (for example Internet Explorer 8)?
  • if known, internet service or mobile provider (for example Time Warner, ComCast, Verizon, T-Mobile etc…)?
