Order Being Edited by Other User Can’t be Updated

If you are trying to update an order that was/is being edited by another user, or even that is being edited by you, and the order gets ‘stuck’ so that it can’t be edited further and the order can’t process, take the following steps:

  • Click Orders in the top menu
  • Click My Shopping Carts
  • Find the order in question and click Delete
  • If you do not see the order you are looking for (someone else’s order) when you click My Shopping Cart, click All Carts and then complete the step above.
