Adding Mobile Bookmark Icon

This article assumes the mobile website in question has a mobile icon available, otherwise a default icon which will vary depending on how the bookmark was established will be used.

This article is a work in progress so if your phone/browser is not listed below, please email us and we will attempt to add the instructions here. We cannot guarantee a mobile icon is available for every phone/browser combination.

For Chrome

  • Open Chrome on the device
  • Navigate to the Bookmarks and locate the bookmark you would like to add to your home screen
  • Click and hold the bookmark until you get the popup menu
  • Select “Add to home screen’ from the popup
  • Verify the icon has been added
